The short version
We collect what we need to quote and make your parts, we don’t sell it to anyone, and your CAD files stay confidential.
What we collect
- Part files. Quoting starts in your browser — the price you see while you configure a part is computed locally, and your file is uploaded to us when you place an order or request a review. Uploaded files and drawings are stored so we can review and manufacture the order, and are treated as confidential.
- Order information. Name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered.
- Payment. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; card numbers never touch our servers.
What we use it for
Quoting, DFM review, manufacturing, shipping, and talking to you about your order. If you email us, we keep the correspondence. We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to see how the site is used and to measure our ads; both set cookies in your browser. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who else sees it
Only the vendors it takes to fill an order: our payment processor, shipping carriers, and — for anodized parts — our finishing vendor, who receives the parts but not your design files. Each gets the minimum needed to do their job.
How long we keep it
Order records and files are retained so we can support reorders, warranty claims, and our quality system. Ask us to delete your files and we will, unless a record has to be kept for a legal or quality obligation.
